Insurance Information for Patients at Sonno Sleep Center

We Accept Most Major Insurance Plans

Sonno Sleep Centers welcome patients with or without insurance and participate in most major insurance plans. Our team handles insurance authorization on your behalf to make the process as simple as possible.

Referral required

HMO Insurance Plans

If your plan is an HMO or requires a Primary Care Physician, a referral number is needed before your visit. We recommend requesting a referral that covers multiple office visits and diagnostic studies to avoid delays in care.

No referral needed

PPO Insurance Plans

Patients with PPO plans typically do not need a referral. Our office will take care of insurance verification and required documentation prior to your appointment.

Authorization may be required

Important Testing & Authorization Requirements

Some insurance providers may require recent blood work, such as a thyroid (TSH) test, before approving sleep studies. If available, please bring a copy of recent lab results to your initial visit.
