At Winton Homes, we provide a fully custom experience. Clients can come to us with a brand-new floor plan and design ideas, and we will turn those ideas into reality. The process begins when you reach out to discuss what you are looking for in a home. We then find land that best suits your needs and the scope of your project. During this time, our engineers and designers will meet with you to fully discuss your vision. The details are then ironed out, and an official construction plan is created. Once we have a construction plan, another meeting is scheduled to discuss the plan in detail. If you want to add more changes or additions to the design, our designers can adjust the plan for a small fee. When everyone is satisfied with the plan, a contract is drafted, and construction begins!
